The Organization Headquarter is the U.S. federal civilian and government intelligence and federal espionage service that the Cooper Family works for. K.C.'s family was kicked out of The Organization in K.C. and Brett: The Final Chapter - Part 2. The Cooper's eventually returned to The Organization in Coopers Reactivated!. The Organization is loosely based off the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). For the first few episodes of K.C. Undercover, The Organization's logo was highly similar to the CIA logo. The Organization was founded in the 1930s. Ernie Cooper states this in Sup, Dawg?.

However, in the episode Out of the Water and Into the Fire, which premiered on July 14, 2017 in the United States, when an Admiral onboard a U.S. Navy ship finds and rescues the Cooper family, after they had been stranded at sea by Zane Willis' crashed helicopter (which he rigged to intentionally malfunction, so it could crash at sea and kill them) he tells them that he's never even heard of The Organization, much to the Cooper Family's shock. It is possible that The Organization may not work as closely with the individual branches of the U.S. Armed Forces as it does with the U.S. Federal Government's Department of Defense, Executive Branch, and Secret Service.
