Robert "Bob" McCoy is a character in the episode, Tightrope of Doom. He was the security guard for an art museum. He was accused of stealing a painting from the art museum he was guarding. Bob had to go to trial for the art theft, K.C. was convinced that Bob did the crime and all of the evidence points to him being the crook. The judge gives him a guilty verdict, then the baliff sents him to prison. Bob says he was sure that he was innocent and it was true. The thief turned out to be Laszlo and he was released from prison after his re-trial.

He is portrayed by Jeremy Howard.
